Paper or Digital? Choose What Works Best
Traditional sign-in sheets can be a bit of a hassleâillegible handwriting, misplaced forms, and slow follow-ups are common issues. That’s why many agents are switching to digital sign-in options. These make the process smoother by:
- Ensuring legibility
- Instantly syncing contact info to your CRM or email list
- Enabling automated follow-up sequences
But if you prefer the classic clipboard setup, a well-designed printable sign-in sheet still does the job beautifullyâespecially when paired with your warm smile and expert knowledge.
What Should Your Open House Sign-In Sheet Include?
A well-crafted open house sign-in sheet goes beyond just names and emails. It should collect information that helps you understand each visitor’s needs and buying readiness to maximize your follow-up potential.
